Place Orders Thoughtfully
We are a small business, and every order is prepared with care specifically for our customers.
We request customers to place orders responsibly and only if genuinely interested in purchasing the product. Repeated non-acceptance of orders, fake claims, or misuse of our policies may result in restriction of future orders.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed the product details, pricing, delivery timelines, and policies.
Cancellations
Please note that orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined with other orders.
Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, descriptions, sizing, images, and policies before placing an order.
All sales are considered final unless covered under the eligible conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Cases for Replacement / Store Credit
A replacement or store credit may be provided only if:
- You receive a defective product, or
- You receive an incorrect product different from what was ordered.
All requests are subject to verification, investigation, and approval by Nimee Luxe.
Nimee Luxe reserves the sole and final right to determine claim eligibility.
Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery
Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered with, damaged, opened, or resealed at the time of delivery.
If you notice any suspicious condition of the package, kindly refuse delivery immediately and contact us via WhatsApp with relevant photos/videos.
Acceptance of a visibly tampered parcel without objection may affect claim eligibility.
Mandatory Opening / Unboxing Video
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear continuous video while opening:
- The outer courier parcel, and
- The inner product packaging/box.
A complete unedited unboxing video is compulsory for all claims related to:
- Missing items
- Incorrect product
- Damaged product
- Empty parcel
- Tampered parcel
- Defective product
The unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Show the sealed package from all sides before opening
- Be continuous and unedited without cuts, pauses, or transitions
- Clearly capture the opening process
- Clearly display the issue being reported
Screenshots, edited clips, photos only, or partially recorded videos shall not be considered valid proof.
Claims submitted without a proper unedited unboxing video may be automatically rejected.
This policy helps us investigate and raise claims against courier partners in cases of theft, transit damage, or package tampering.
Returns
As a small business operating with limited inventory, we do not accept general returns.
Returns are only considered in cases where:
- An incorrect item was delivered, or
- The product received is genuinely defective,
and only after verification and approval by Nimee Luxe as per this policy.
Not Eligible for Return / Refund / Replacement
Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences or dislike of design
- Minor irregularities, texture marks, or finishing variations
- Slight color/shade differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or display variations
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after use
- Improper handling, storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture beyond intended usage
- Claims made without valid proof
- Products found used, tampered with, altered, or intentionally damaged
As some products may involve handcrafted detailing, slight variations may naturally occur and shall not be treated as defects.
Reporting Timeline
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
If your request is approved:
- The product must be returned within 7 business days from delivery
- The product must remain unused and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included
- The item must be packed securely to prevent transit damage
If the returned product is found:
- used,
- damaged,
- altered,
- tampered with,
- incomplete, or
- inconsistent with the original complaint,
the request may be rejected.
After Inspection
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- A replacement may be shipped (subject to stock availability), or
- Store credit / gift card may be issued.
If the same product is unavailable, only store credit shall be provided.
All approved refunds are processed strictly as STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD only.
No bank refund, UPI refund, cash refund, or source reversal will be provided.
Store credit validity: 90 days from the date of issue.
Processing Timeline
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for inspection and processing after product receipt
- Up to 10 business days for complete resolution
Delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute liability on Nimee Luxe.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel was not received, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery notification.
Delivery confirmations based on OTP verification, recipient acknowledgment, delivery photographs, GPS confirmation, or courier confirmation shall be treated as valid proof of delivery.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be entertained.
Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery / Non-Acceptance
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Repeated delivery failures
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Non-acceptance of prepaid orders
the amount paid will be issued only as store credit after deducting ₹200 towards shipping, handling, reverse logistics, and operational charges.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Nimee Luxe reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, refunds, store credit, or future orders in cases involving:
- Suspicious activity
- Repeated misuse of policies
- Excessive claims
- Fraudulent disputes
- Chargeback abuse
- False complaints
- Intentional misuse of products or offers
In such cases, the decision of Nimee Luxe shall be final and binding.
