Order Processing

 

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Nimee Luxe is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 24 to 48 hours from the date of the order and payment.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders to maximum pincodes within India.

Cash On Delivery Shipping: Orders with COD payment method are charged with flat rate ₹100/- (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE FROM DELIVERY PARTNER)

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and whatsapp on your registered contact details containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
